Return and Refund Policy
1. All Sales are Final
At YB Beauty and Beyond Boutique ("YB Beauty & Beyond," "we," "us," or "our"), we uphold rigorous standards for quality assurance. Each order undergoes meticulous inspection prior to shipping. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered FINAL SALE. Under federal law, the return of human hair products is prohibited, thus refunds or exchanges cannot be processed. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to Hair Extensions, Eyelashes, Wigs, Ponytails, and Clothing. By making a purchase on our website, you legally acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy before completing your transaction.
2. Order Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order is placed, we do not facilitate order cancellations or refunds beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase. This policy is maintained due to external and personal plan changes that may occur, unrelated to YB Beauty & Beyond Boutique.
3. Exchange Procedure
If you wish to perform an exchange or replacement, please follow these guidelines:
- Requests for exchange or replacement must be submitted within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order.
- Human hair products that have been altered in any way (combing, finger combing, brushing, cutting, coloring, hair installations, wig creation, chemical alterations) cannot be accepted for exchange. Such alterations void the exchange process.
- Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or greater value, and no refunds are permitted.
- An exchanged or replaced product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The original packaging must be unopened for the exchange to be considered.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at ybbeautyandbeyond@gmail.com within 14 business days, providing your order number.
- Upon receipt of your email, we will provide detailed instructions and a return address for shipping the item(s) back.
- Shipping must include tracking and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once we receive the item(s), we will send an invoice for the 15% restocking fee and the applicable cost difference for the exchanged item. Payment must be made within 14 business days to proceed with the exchange.
- Failure to pay the invoice within 14 business days will result in the termination and voiding of all remedies (exchange, replacement).
4. Exchange Period
The exchange period for unopened hair extensions is fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Human hair extensions are classified as hygienic products. To maintain hygiene and public safety, opened or used items cannot be returned. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure the safety of all customers.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping options to avoid lost returns. For international customers, please label packages as "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to prevent potential returns.
